Cosmetics company Clinique decided to entrust ‘touch screen’ technology with its much loved brand. They challenged Enigma to produce an interactive platform to reflect the personalized nature of their products.
Clinique offer a consultation and high-end service level, so any representative is extremely knowledgeable.
Enigma produced a touch screen programme that would reflect this very personal approach with cosmetic insight, matching a foundation make-up specifically to the user. This highly creative use of navigation with branded, stylized iconography reflected Clinique’s image perfectly. It was highly successful with 2,700 individuals completing their journey through the finder, across just 4 kiosks.
Sales of the lines increased by 20% at Westfield West London from customers who gained a new insight into their perfect foundation match.
